UK Delivery Options

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
• You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery to the following areas may take an extra 1-2 working days:

• Scottish Highlands and Islands
• Northern Ireland
• Isle of Man
• Channel Islands

International Delivery: We don't currently offer standard international shipping. For international enquiries, please contact us.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with:

• A tracking number
• A link to track your parcel online
• Estimated delivery date

If you haven't received tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order (during working days), please check your spam folder or contact us.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not home when delivery is attempted:

• The carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
• Your parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place (if you've authorised this).
• You can usually reschedule delivery online using your tracking number.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include photos of any damage and your order number.
• We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

In keeping with our environmental values, we use sustainable packaging wherever possible:

• Recyclable cardboard boxes and paper tape
• Plastic-free packaging materials
• Minimal packaging to reduce waste
• Dog beds are vacuum-packed to reduce shipping emissions
